Trezor® is a hardware wallet that allows you to store and manage your cryptocurrency securely, offline. Unlike online wallets, Trezor keeps your private keys offline, making it virtually impossible for hackers or malware to access your assets. With Trezor, you are the only one who controls access to your digital wealth.
Whether you’re holding Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), or over 1,000 other cryptocurrencies, Trezor offers the security and flexibility to manage all your assets in one place.
Step 1: Unbox Your Trezor Device
Upon receiving your Trezor hardware wallet, you’ll find everything you need to get started:
- Trezor device (Trezor One or Trezor Model T)
- USB cable (for connecting to your computer or mobile device)

Step 6: Enhance Your Security
Your Trezor wallet already offers top-notch security, but here are some additional steps you can take to protect your assets:
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
You can enable 2FA on supported services like exchanges to add an additional layer of security. With 2FA, even if someone gains access to your account, they won’t be able to perform transactions without the second factor.
Update Your Device Regularly
Ensure your Trezor firmware is up-to-date to receive the latest security enhancements and features. You can update your device through Trezor Suite.
Conclusion: Get Started with Trezor Today
You’re now ready to start using your Trezor wallet to manage your cryptocurrency securely. By following these simple steps, you can confidently store, send, and receive your digital assets with the peace of mind that comes with knowing your funds are protected.
